FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device for vacuum sealing is installed between the opposite and coplanar parts of an outlet nozzle (2) of the low-pressure steam turbine and a round partition (16), which forms part of the outlet channel assembly (10B) of the steam turbine module (1). The sealing device forms a vacuum sealing between the inner part and the outer part of the outlet nozzle and comprises an elastic gasket (18) in the form of an annular diaphragm. The diaphragm has a radially inner peripheral portion (30) sealed with the partition (16), a radially outer circumferential portion (32) sealed with the outlet nozzle (2); and a radially intermediate elastic portion (34). The sealing is provided by radially inner and outer pressure flanges (36, 38) adapted to compress the internal and outer circumferential portions (30, 32) of the gasket (18) to the partition (16) and to the outlet nozzle (2), respectively. The pressure flanges comprise upper and lower halves, and the upper part of the gasket (18) is sealed with the upper portions of the outlet nozzle (2AU) and with the partitions (16U) by means of a flange system (36, 38) and counter flange system (40, 42), wherein the counter flanges are detachably-fixed to the outer surfaces of the outlet nozzle and the partition.

EFFECT: possibility of adjusting the position of the turbine rotor shaft without the need for access inside the closed structure formed by the turbine module and without compromising the integrity of the vacuum sealing.
