FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pumps designed for pumping neutral, aggressive, toxic and explosive liquids. The vertical sealed unit driven by an asynchronous explosion-proof motor comprises an explosion-proof AC motor mounted on a foundation frame with a base fixed with bolts and a rack. The unit is equipped with a radial-axial bearing bolted to the base, which consists of a radial plain bearing and an axial plain bearing, a guide vane pump shaft, which is installed vertically in the radial-axial bearing, and the plain bearings are fastened with a coupling nut, a suction housing with a suction pipe A, which in turn is attached to the base with a pin connection, a screw with a housing on the pump shaft, a discharge housing with a screw housing and a pump flow part, which is tightened on the pump shaft through intermediate bushings with a nut consisting of an impeller mounted on the pump shaft with a key, a separating housing with an intermediate bearing, consisting of a radial plain bearing and a labyrinth seal, installed in the suction housing, a discharge housing with a discharge branch pipe B, which is fastened to the suction housing with a pin connection. The housing parts of the flow parts are tightened with forcing bolts. The shield on the upper flange of the injection housing assembled with the upper radial-axial bearing consisting of an axial plain bearing and two radial plain bearings installed through an intermediate sleeve is bolted. The shield is attached to the discharge housing with a pin connection, the driven magnetic half-coupling is installed on top of the upper radial bearing on the pump shaft and tightened with a nut, the sealing screen is attached to the shield through a sealing gasket and is fixed to the shield by means of a clamping flange and bolts, using the stand of the electric motor attached with a bolted connection, by a leading magnetic half-coupling on the shaft fixed to the shield with the bolts of the shield.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the pump, increased efficiency of the unit.
