ABSORBENT PRODUCT WITH ENHANCED COMFORT Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61F13/537

Abstract RU 2624187 C2

FIELD: personal demand items.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the absorbent product (100) with the extenson in the plane and having longitudinal direction, the transverse direction and the thickness direction. The product contains the absorbent unit (103), at that the absorbent unit (103) contains in its thickness direction the liquid-receiving layer (104) of the open porous foam material and the absorbent liquid fiber layer (105), wherein the liquid-receiving layer (104) of the open porous foam material and the absorbent liquid fiber layer (105) contain two opposing extending longitudinally side edges (106, 107; 110, 111), extending in the longitudinal direction, and two opposite transverse edges (108, 109; 112, 113), extending in the transverse direction. The liquid-receiving layer (104) of the open porous foam material has the full surface along the length of the product in the plane, that covers the entire surface of the absorbent liquid fiber layer with the extenson in the plane, and each from the passing longitudinally side edges (106, 107), liquid-receiving layer (104) of open porous foam material, passing at least along the part of its length on the outside from each extending longitudinally side edges (110, 111) of the absorbent liquid fiber layer (105) and liquid-receiving layer (104) of the open porous foam material has permeability to air, which exceeds 200 m3/m2/min, and non-transparency which exceeds 35%, and the absorbent liquid fiber layer (105) has stiffness at bending exceeding 2.0 Newtons, defined in accordance with the stiffness measuring method at updated round bending.

EFFECT: improved absorbency.
