SUBSTANCE: film device with trays inserted and sealed into the cutting station (S), between a pair of opposed bell structures (T1, T2) committing motions of approximation and distancing. In this case downstream of the station (S) are provided feeders scrap film, which leaves the transverse stretching and its correct distribution between bell-structures. The device comprises a braking mechanism of the film upstream of the station (S), comprising a forceps mechanism (P, P') with the clamping device (1, 1') mounted on the surface of the upper bell structure (T2) from which the film comes out, rotated downward and respective vertically opposite the jaws (2, 2') mounted on the underside of the bell structure (T1), providing the reciprocating movement approaching and closing of the two bell-shaped structures (T1, T2) before the film is trapped and blocked between them. The longitudinal and lateral portions of the film (F, F'), located close to Kolpakov constructs are clamped between opposite pairs of jaws (1, 2, 1', 2'), which compress the film also thanks to the helical springs (8, 8') and sliding friction blocks (101, 101') and that due to the shape, position and their reciprocal mobility of the film is subjected to cross-distribution before the bell structure (T1, T2) will close the film.
