FIELD: manufacturing of cardboard products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for making plastic bags. Technical result is achieved by a device for making plastic bags from at least two layers of plastic film with a welding tool for welding said at least two layers of plastic film between each other along the edge. Welding tool comprises a lower tool plate (300) and a top tool plate (400). Lower plate (300) is driven by lever (650) and servo motor (675). At that, servo motor (675) is connected to measuring unit (680) for determination of consumed energy.
EFFECT: technical result is to simplify the manufacture of packages, increase the compactness of the device and accelerate the production cycle.
