SUBSTANCE: temporary fixation of tooth fragments, carious cavity preparation, antiseptic treatment, fixation channel formation with the final fixing of tooth fragments and restoration of the tooth crown part by sealing with polymeric material are performed. At that, the fixation channel is formed as a groove located on the outside of the injured tooth equator 5-6 mm wide and 2-2.5 mm deep. Final fixation of fragments is carried out by splicing with tape quartz material. At that, the injured tooth surface in the formed groove area is preliminarily treated with 37% orthophosphoric acid. Then the bonding (adhesive) system is applied to the walls and bottom of the formed groove and irradiated with a halogen lamp for 20-22 seconds. A liquid-curing light-curing composite material is applied to the quartz material placed in the groove, and the injured tooth surface is irradiated with a halogen lamp from the oral, vestibular, distal and medial sides for 40-45 seconds on each side.

EFFECT: method allows to provide reliable compression of tooth fragments due to solid fixation.
