FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying endodontic treatment to root canals, cavities in each canal which depth is not deeper than 1/2-1/3 times the corresponding canal lengths after having prepared demineralized cervical root half tissues with preparation surface being retained. Destroyed root walls are formed from macrofilled composite material to gingiva level. Subsequent separate root perforations immobilization is carried out by means of at least one preliminary produced reinforcing immobilizing pin fixed in canal cavities of roots to be joined, on root base surface and on interradicular septum surface with glass ionomer cement. The interradicular septum is exposed at least by 1/3 of its height. Its intracanal parts are formed as interlaced metal gold-plated wires curved relative to intermediate supracanal pin part corresponding to canal fixation direction. Its intermediate supracanal part repeats root base surface relief and exposed interradicular septum. Crown part walls are formed from macrofilled composite to occlusion surfaces level after having fixed at least one pin. The so formed crown cavity are reinforced to equator level by means of crown carcass manufactured from metal gold-plated wire network fixed with glass ionomer cement in crown cavity and three additional pins on root base. The bifurcation or trifurcation zone is covered with glass ionomer cement. Intraradicular parts of additional pins are introduced through perforated holes in crown carcass of roots to be joined at the place of plugs set in advance, and fixed with glass ionomer cement together with preliminarily fixed intracanal immobilizing wire pin parts. The fixed crown carcass cavity is filled with macrofilled composite. Damping cavity formed at the level of equator and crown cavity walls are reinforced with the second reticular crown carcass fixable with glass ionomer cement from equator to occlusion surfaces. The second reticular crown carcass cavity is filled to occlusion surface level with macrofilled composite and tubercles are restored using macrofilled composite.
EFFECT: reliably stabilized vertically moved tooth root; simplified lateral teeth restoration procedure.
