SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dentistry and is intended for treatment of longitudinal and transversal fractures of multi-rooted teeth of upper and lower jaws. Localisation of fracture gap is determined Tooth fragments are fixed with clasps of cofferdam. Preparation of caries tooth cavity and its antiseptic treatment are performed. After that clasp is removed, osteoinducer with antibacterial preparation is introduced into fracture gap. A rubber plate with two holes at the distance 0.4-0.5 mm from each other is applied on pieces of fragments and pulled onpieces of fragments, surrounding them tightly in the area of neck of both tooth fragments. Into tooth cavity and on edges of fragments photosensitiser is applied for 3-5 min, photodynamic therapy is carried out. Then tooth cavity and fracture gap are filled with glass ionomer cement, clasp is applied, performing compression of fragments, after final cement hardening, clasp and rubber plate are removed. The following day artificial crown is made and fixed on tooth.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of treatment of longitudinal and transversal fractures of multi-rooted teeth of upper and lower jaws due to reduction of possibility of inflammatory complications development, providing optimal conditions for performing filling of fracture gap which eliminate microleakage of gingival transudate and blood on edges of fragments.
