FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for this purpose, the expression of markers of angiogenesis - CD34, apoptosis - p53, proliferative activity - Ki-67 is semiquantially evaluated in the tissue of patients with vulvar cancer by immunohistochemical method. At Ki-67 value within 80-90%, p53 value within 66.3-76.5%, CD34 value within 5.16-5.78% a short remission is predicted. At Ki-67 value within 7.6-9.8%, p53 value within 11.4-17%, CD34 value within 2.82-3.68% a long-term remission is predicted.
EFFECT: use of this invention allows to predict the occurrence of short or long-term remission in patients with vulvar cancer and, based on prognostic factors, assess the effectiveness of vulvar cancer treatment.
