FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: expression of lymphocyte markers CD4+ and CD8+ in tissue of patients with vulvar cancer is estimated by immunohistochemical method, and coefficient of ratio CD4+/CD8+ is calculated. If coefficient value equals 1 and more, development of recurrence within first two years after treatment is predicted. If value of coefficient is lower than 1, long remission is predicted.
EFFECT: application of the claimed method makes it possible to predict development of recurrence in patients with vulvar cancer after treatment.
