SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by a low-temperature instrument amplifier that contains the first input FET of the first differential stage, the gate of which is connected to the first input of the device, the source is connected to the drain of the first auxiliary transistor of the first differential stage, and the drain through the first two-terminal of the load is connected to the first power supply bus and is connected to the first output, the second input field effect transistor of the first differential stage. The second current-stabilizing two-terminal network is connected between the second power supply bus and the source of the second output transistor. The second and the first outputs are connected to the corresponding inputs of the output stage, the output of which, which is the potential output of the device, is connected to the fourth input of the device through a common negative return circuit, and the third input of the device is connected to the common power supply bus.
EFFECT: increasing the attenuation gain of the input common-mode signal, when operating in the low-temperature range.
