FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of microbial strains - oil degraders discharging contains the selection of microorganisms-degraders with their subsequent discharging into a pure culture. The selection is carried out with the help of membrane filter, previously oil-soaked, which is dipped into the cleaned soil to a depth of 5-10 cm from the soil surface and hold it there from 20 to 90 days, and a discharging of microorganisms - oil degraders capable of its decomposition in the specific soil and climatic conditions is carried out with membrane filter. The membrane filter is placed in a test tube with 10 ml of sterile water, shaken for at least 10 minutes, after which the resulting suspension is sown superficially to beef-extract agar to isolate the bacteria - degraders and to Czapek's medium for the isolation of fungi - oil degraders.

EFFECT: obtaining of bacteria and fungi strains with a high capacity for oil destruction in natural soil, as well as good survival at the site of application.
