FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Disclosed is a method of extracting microorganisms for purification and recovery of oil-contaminated soil and grounds by phyto-bioremediation, including sowing a suspension of oil-contaminated soil on a mineral agarized medium with naphthalene vapours, the grown microorganisms colonies are inoculated onto sterile green manure seedlings, which are then planted in sand. Microorganisms washed off from apical part of plant root produced from sprouts are applied on surface of mineral agarised medium and phyto-bioremediation bioagents are selected.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of natural microorganisms-destructors of oil aromatic components, colonizing roots of green manure plants.
