FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: drum granulator comprises main drum 1 with a conveying attachment in the form of blades 2, 3, 4, installed on the inner surface in several rows, a loading chamber 13 and a discharge chamber 14 of the product, a nozzle 16 and a charging tube 15, mounted on a stationary part of the loading chamber 13, an additional outer drum 10, a reverse screw 11 disposed between the drums 1, 10 and rotating with them, a device for returning fine fraction into the main drum, arranged in the annular interdrum space after the reverse screw at the front end of the drums 1, 10, a mesh classifier 8, coaxial with the main drum 1 and rigidly fixed to it, a device for cleaning the classifier. The mesh classifier 8 has a cylindrical shape and comprises a conveying attachment. The granulator comprises impact devices 17 for cleaning the classifier 8 located between the classifier 8 and the outer drum 10. The impact devices 17 are made in the form of rods connected to the outer drum 10 at one end and provided with movable elements adapted to freely move along the rods.

EFFECT: invention allows to ensure permanent evacuation of the desired granular product and fine fraction from the granulator.
