FIELD: agriculture, in particular, production of fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: drum granulator has main inner drum with conveying head having dispensing blades arranged in two rows on its inner surface, and retaining blades positioned in front of dispensing blades and supporting ring on outlet end of drum, auxiliary outer drum, return auger positioned between drums for rotation together with them, and product charging and discharge chambers. Main drum has classifier connected to both drums, and classifier cleaner fixed in discharge chamber wall. Granulator is further provided with device for returning small fraction into main drum, nozzle and charging pipe mounted on immovable part of charging chamber. Small fraction returning device is disposed in annular space between drums downstream of return auger and is made in the form of guiding and conveying blades disposed opposite main drum feeding windows and feeding-conveying troughs positioned behind each feeding window. Conveying auger is positioned in front of retaining blades, at inlet end of main drum. Such construction allows nonstandard solid substance, such as mineral fertilizer, to be effectively reprocessed into first and second grade product.
