SUBSTANCE: oral mucosa is exposed to vibro-pneumostimulation with a pneumatic device made in the form of a mouth guard, with a vibration frequency of 5-20 Hz, amplitude of 0.5-5 mm, Followed by fibrobotomy, aimed at dissection of the elastic and collagen fibers of the tooth circular ligament. Then vibro-pneumostimulation is performed with "Solcoseryl" gel. At that, the course of treatment with vibro-pneumostimulation includes 15-20 daily sessions lasting 10-15 minutes, and the course of treatment after fibrotomy includes 10-15 daily sessions lasting 10-15 minutes.
EFFECT: method allows to relax collagen and elastic fibers, increase regional blood flow, exchange-trophic processes in tissues and accelerate orthodontic treatment timing.
