FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to dentistry. Perform a consistent examination of the patient and additional diagnostic methods necessary to diagnose and select the optimal treatment plan. Obtain impressions from the upper and lower jaws, for later scanning and loading data into the INVISALIGN system. Create a ClinCheck patient. Modeling with the INVISALIGN system is carried out, carrying out the movements of the teeth, distribution of attachments on the teeth, obtaining a computer model with attachments located on the teeth and, depending on the clinical situation, adjusting the movement and adding additional attachments. Make a set of cap-elainers INVISALIGN by stereolithography, pripasovyvayut kapy-elainer and fix attachments. Install a VectorTas mini implant 8 mm long in the region of the alveolar process of the upper jaw between the roots of the second premolar and the first molar from the vestibular (buccal) surface so that the mini implant is located as low as possible within the immobile mucosa and closest to the roots of the first molar. Fix the lingual button on the vestibular surface into the canine fang. Apply an elastic traction from the head of implant to the lingual button with a force of 150–250 g. Capu-elainer, in which the hole or cutout for the lingual button is modeled, put in the patient's mouth and, if necessary, corrected. In the subsequent every 4 weeks, the activation of classical traction is carried out, after which the final correction of occlusion is carried out by wearing final elainers, resurfacing of teeth, after the spent treatment spend the retention period by wearing an orthodontic device – elastopositsionera for 2–3 years at night.
EFFECT: invention is intended for use in orthodontic treatment of patients with distal occlusion after completion of jaw growth.
