FIELD: wood industry.

SUBSTANCE: installation contains a sealed cylindrical container with an extraction zone and with even and odd perforated plates installed in its lower part. The discharge openings in the odd plates are located on the periphery and have the shape of a sector in even plates. The installation also comprises a rotor with attached even and odd S-shaped impeller blades directed in opposite directions, a steam boiler for supplying steam to the container, steam lines, shell-and-tube cooler, florentine. The plant additionally has a chopper, a vacuum pump, an extractor, a refrigerator, an evaporator placed in the refrigerator casing, a throttling device, an ejector and a compressor with a pressure and suction nozzles. The container above the extraction zone is divided by the gates into the vacuum and buffer zones. The vacuum zone is provided with hollow concentric surfaces. The hopper through the chopper of woody green mass is connected to the buffer zone of the container. The top of the extraction zone is connected to florentine through an ejector and a shell-and-tube refrigerator, and through an ejector and a vacuum pump - with an extract container. The extraction zone is also connected through the ejector to the hopper. The vacuum zone is connected through an additional refrigerator and an extractor with a vacuum pump. The compressor is connected to the hollow concentric surfaces through the discharge nozzle, and through the suction pipe the compressor is connected to the hollow concentric surfaces through the evaporator and throttling device.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to lower the temperature of the extraction process and increase the content of biologically active substances in the extract.
