FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes grinding wood greens in a state of natural moisture, preheating before feeding into the extractor, countercurrent extracting with a solution of ethanol for 6-8 hours at a temperature of 20-40°C followed by its re-feeding into the treated greens. The extract obtained is evaporated by removal of ethanol and water. Ethanol is removed by an ejector pump by ejection with a cooled ethanol solution. Water is removed by a vacuum water ring pump. The circulating water of the vacuum water ring pump is cooled by ejection with a solution of ethanol. The thermal energy of the ejection solution of ethanol is diverted to evaporation of the extract, to warming up the wood greens and the extractant before feeding it to the extractor. The residual pressure created by the ejector pump is 1.91-8.1 kPa, and the residual pressure created by the vacuum water ring pump is 1.2-4.19 kPa. The spent greens are pressed, dried in the rarefied environment by removing steam by the ejector pump, with subsequent condensation of steam with heat energy and supply it to the preliminary heating of wood greens, and dried to a moisture content of 10-15%. After drying, wood greens are ground and packaged.
EFFECT: increasing the yield of biologically active substances, obtaining quality fodder flour due to the protein content in it and reducing energy costs more than twofold.
