SUBSTANCE: method for simultaneous targeted amplification of fragments of the genomes of human reproductive organs infectors including Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma hominis, Gardnerella vaginalis, Ureaplasma parvum, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Atopobium vaginae, Enterococcus faecalis, Trichomonas vaginalis, Escherichia coli, Mobiluncus Mulieris, Streptococcus anginosus, Fusobacterium nucleatum, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Bacteroides fragilis, Treponema pallidum, for simultaneous identification of infectors. Multiplex PCR is performed in a single reaction volume in two stages using at least two pairs of primers, the sequences of which are complementary to the sequences of the 16S rRNA gene segments of pathogens. The PCR comprises two successive amplification profiles, differing in the annealing temperatures of primer pairs.
EFFECT: method has resistance to contamination with PCR products, high analytical sensitivity and significantly reduces analysis time and laboriousness The invention also includes a set of primers to implement the method.
