SUBSTANCE: invention concerns microbiology, virology and molecular biology and can be applied in medicine. Method of species identification for infection agents involves multicomplex polymerase chain reaction in the presence of specific oligunucleotides as primers, with further hybridisation of polymerase chain reaction products with differentiating oligonucleotides on microchip, and urogenital infection identification by presence of hybridisation complexes. Single specific and differentiating oligonucleotides form compositions for identification of Human herpesvirus 5, Human herpesvirus 4, herpesvirus 1 and/or Human herpesvirus 2, Human Streptococcus agalactiae and/or Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus agalactiae, Gardnerella vaginalis, Mycoplasma hominis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Candida albicans, Ureaplasma urealyticum and/or Ureaplasma parvum, Trichomonas vaginalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis. Indicated specific oligonucleotides and microchip with differentiating oligonucleotides comprise a kit for species identification of urogenital infection.
