Disclosed is a DNA chip and a kit for identifying genetic determinants of resistance of microorganisms – infectious agents, leading to disturbed human reproductive functions: Treponema pallidum, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma hominis, Gardnerella vaginalis, Ureaplasma parvum, Ureaplasma urealiticum, Atopobium vaginae, Enterococcus faecalis, Trichomonas vaginalis, Escherichia coli, Mobiluncus mulieris, Streptococcus anginosus, Fusobacterium nucleatum, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Bacteroides fragilis, to antimicrobial preparations containing penicillin antibiotics, cephalosporins, tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones, macrolides, nitroimidazoles, spectinomycin.
