FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: tubular electrobaromembranous device consists of a cylindrical casing made of a dielectric material, with a nozzle, located on its outer surface, which is used to introduce a separable solution, an electric current supply device, a microporous substrate serving simultaneously as an anode electrode of a pre-anode membrane, series-connected separation chambers formed by concentric filter elements with overflow channels, a central tube made of a dielectric material, a microporous substrate serving as the cathode electrode of a pre-cathodic membrane of the end covers having nozzles for outputting the pre-anode and the pre-cathodic permeate. The device comprises concentric tubular elements having various areas and diameters which microporous substrates, pre-cathodic and pre-anode membranous are deposited on. The microporous substrate serving as the anode electrode is disposed on a cylindrical casing, the pre-anode membranous is located on top of it, pre-cathodic and pre-anode membranous are located on the inner and outer sides of the concentric tubular elements, the separation chambers are formed by adjacent concentric tubular elements. Overflow channels are located on odd and even concentric tubular elements and are displaced in longitudinal cross-section relative to the horizontal axis of the device at the angle of three hundred and fifteen degrees and one hundred and thirty-five degrees, respectively. There are channels for the cooling solution flow in concentric tubular elements.
EFFECT: improved quality and efficiency of solution separation, the possibility of cooling the permeate stream, increased membranous area for the solution separation, reduced degree of hydrolysis of membranous at elevated temperatures.
