SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation, concentration and purification of solutions. Disclosed is a tubular-type electric baromembrane apparatus, in which the cylindrical housing is made with stiffening ribs and located in one plane a central branch pipe for inlet of the liquid to be separated and cooling liquid inlet and outlet unions symmetrical relative to it, cooling tube-turbulence promoter with conical overflow holes in points of connection with unions of cooling liquid inlet and outlet is made with rounding and width equal to 1/6 of width of cooling tube-turbulence promoter.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and quality of separation of solutions, improved cooling and turbulence of the separated solution, reduced stagnation phenomena and reduced effect of concentration polarization, reduced material consumption per unit volume of the apparatus.
