SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separation, concentration and purification of solutions. Disclosed is an electric baromembrane apparatus of a tubular type, in which on the inner surface of the central pipe at the same distance from each other there are grooves in the form of a semicircle with a cathode drainage screen laid along the entire surface, said screen is connected to longitudinal channels in the grid, a microporous substrate serving as a cathode electrode, a cathode membrane; variable width of the cooling tube-turbulence promoter is equal to the length of the cylindrical housing, concentric filter elements and the central tube, from one clamping grid of spherical shape to another; hole in the central pipe is located close to the device for supply of electric voltage.

EFFECT: invention provides increased area of solution separation per unit volume of the apparatus, increased efficiency and quality of separation of solutions, improved cooling, reduced stagnation phenomena and reduced effect of concentration polarization.
