SUBSTANCE: unit contains internal and external parts and two sets of fasteners. The internal part has a composite (carbon fiber) pad with slings (17), bolted between the cover plate and the bracket. The latter are fixed together by fastening elements in the form of pins, nuts, spherical washers, external and internal threaded bushings. The external part has spacers (8) installed on the outer side of substructure body (SSB) of space vehicle (SC) (18) and by screws (10) connected to mating parts on the inner side of SSB (18). Edges of the spacers (8) and the mating parts repeat the direction of SSB edges (18). The support plate is attached to the spacers (8) with bolts (6) and spring undular washers (7).

EFFECT: ensuring uniform tension of slings, increasing the range and increasing the accuracy of adjusting their tension, increasing the flexibility of attaching lug, reducing the weight and reducing the dimensions of fasteners set.
