FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: reinforced plastic high-pressure bottle of a spacecraft contains a metal liner made of the upper and lower dished bottoms of the same thickness, which are tightly joined along the perimeter of their edges. The outer reinforcing shell runs along the entire outer surface of the liner with the elements, clamping the bottle to the spacecraft and made of one and the same tape in the process of winding the reinforcing shell. And the tapes form loops, evenly placed on the perimeter of the bottom edge joint. Neighbouring loops are connected in pairs at one point with the help of plates. All the plates are equally spaced from the bottle and each of them has a bore for threaded connection using a bolt, nut and washers. Each washer has an annular dished spherical surface at its contact point with the plate bore and at the attaching point of the bottle on the spacecraft, which is designed as a sleeve with an inner surface in the form of a truncated cone. The minor diameter of the cone is greater than the diameter of the bolt and has a mating surface for a washer spherical surface. The cone base is directed to the connection with the plate, the bore of which has a mating surface for the second washer spherical surface.
