FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: gear wheel comprises a hub with a fitment bore, a ring gear and a disc-shaped body in which recesses are formed between the hub and the ring gear. The cavities of the recesses are filled with material different to the material of the wheel body, for example with artificial resin.
EFFECT: improved performance of the wheel operating with lubrication.
