FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in tooth gears. Gear wheel comprises hub body in form of a pair of discs fixed on both ends of hub and having outer radius equal to radius of circle of tops of gear wheel and toothed rim, made of separate unconnected teeth secured by their ends between disks. Each tooth is made of strip width equal to that of toothed rim. Strip is bent tooth-shaped to make its outer surface of tooth surface, identical design for this gear wheel tooth: tooth top and working sections of both side surfaces located between circle of tops and main circle. Lagging in direction of rotation of gear wheel side surfaces of all teeth below main circle of toothed wheels are directed along radii of gear wheel and are connected in its entire width to ring width is equal to width of toothed rim, fixed by their ends between inner ends of discs and coaxial gear. Outer radius of ring is not greater than radius of design for gear wheel of circle of recesses. In ring, between adjacent teeth, there is a through hole connected by branch pipe with a through hole in hub.
EFFECT: optimised gear wheel design.
