FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a method for manufacture of a pin for dental prostheses support, and the dental pin relates to stomatology and is intended for dental prostheses fixation on implants. The method for manufacture of a pin for dental prostheses support, comprising at least one upper opening where a fixing screw is inserted for prosthesis fixation on the pin, includes the following steps: obtaining of patient's oral cavity impression, simulation of chewing load and patient's aesthetic requirements, calculation of the ideal position of the upper opening, pin development using data on patient's oral cavity, pin shape and prosthesis attachment type personalization, transfer of a data file obtained at the previous stage of development, to the planning stage in order to manufacture the pin, and pin manufacture. A dental pin comprises at least one upper opening where a fixing screw is inserted for prosthesis fixation on the pin.
EFFECT: invention can prevent aesthetic inconvenience and provide specific mechanical compliance requirements in each particular case.
