SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely dentistry, and it is intended for use in dental implantation. When performing dental implantation, an implant is used, containing a support structure, which is made with the possibility of anchoring in accordance with contours of the bone on the jaw and/or cranial bone. At the same time, at least one rack made as a single whole and made of the same material as the support structure protrudes from the support structure. The specified rack is made with the possibility of anchoring the final denture to it. In this case, the rack has a base formed from the support structure, which ends with a distal end area located radially to an enlarged area, while the distal end area has a flat section to prevent relative rotation between the support structure and the final denture, which can be fixed to the rack. If necessary, a system for soft tissue displacement is used, having an implant and a clamping device other than the final denture, which essentially has a shape of a plate, has at least one recess to receive the distal end area of the rack, and it is fixed to the rack, while the distal end area has a flat section to prevent relative rotation between the support structure and the clamping device mounted on the rack and/or the final denture.

EFFECT: inventions allow for the displacement of soft tissues before the final denture is installed.
