SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes permanent and flexible prosthesis abutment and method of its adjustment, refers to dentistry, in particular to implantology, and is intended for recovery of lost tooth. Permanent flexible prosthesis abutment comprises a single body, including a guide and anchor segment, zone for connection with the implant, located on gingival tissue to receive a model of the prosthetic abutment, intermediate taper for angular orientation and mounting and fastening part for prosthesis in the upper third part. Permanent flexible prosthesis abutment comprises an anchor zone, which is minimum more than the outer geometry zone for connection to make a ledge located between narrowing and said zone for connection with the implant. Method of angular adjustment of the permanent flexible prosthetic abutment is a method of mechanical molding with application of bending device comprising a base, where there is a cavity for installation of standard abutment which is bent in accordance with ideal morphology of patient's oral cavity, and one more cavity for installation of the permanent prosthetic abutment to be bending.
EFFECT: invention enables orienting the open part of the abutment with inclination angle to facilitate installation of the prosthesis with observance of functional and aesthetic criteria.
