FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: spring and piston type mechanism for the mandrel-punch feeding is set in the rear support creating an inlet sealing zone. The sealing device located in the front support is made in the form of a muffler with regulating elements in the form of spring and spiral pairs and contacts with working surface of a mandrel-punch getting out of the processed funnel.
EFFECT: constant pressure setting is maintained when mandrel-punch gets in and out.
