FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: method includes surface plastic distortion by axial displacement of mandrel and oscillating movement of work piece along lubricant treated surface. Lubricant is applied by spraying process liquid towards mandrel movement. Frequency of oscillating work piece movements is defined based on the given formula. Mandreling device includes mandrel, vibro support of the design allowing treated work piece installation and hydraulic vibro drive represented with working cylinder, spool valve piston and rod coupled with vibro support. Lever is rigidly fastened to spooled valve rod and pin connected with one of electrical motor drive shaft end by means of crank. The electrical motor drive is installed so that rotation frequency could be changed as infinitely variable rotation. The other end of electrical motor drive shaft is coupled with the shaft of vibro drive pump. The crank is mounted so that its rotation radius could be adjusted. Vibro support is provided with cylindrical cavity, and openings are made concentrically to the vibro support basis walls. At least two injectors are fixed inside the above openings.

EFFECT: improved quality of treated surface and reduced mandreling effort.
