SUBSTANCE: housing of a blower, in particular, of a combustion air blower for vehicle starting preheater comprises the first part (14) with open on one axial side supply channel annularly passing around the axis (A) of the housing and the second part (16) for mounting electric motor (20) of the blower. The part (16) of the housing comprises a wall (18) elongated in the direction of its axis (A), which surrounds the chamber for the electric motor mounting. Connecting zone (26) for creating electric connection to the control unit (38) is provided in the longitudinal central portion of the housing wall (18) in the direction of its axis (A) on the outer side of the wall (18).
EFFECT: positioning flexibility during installation is ensured.
