FIELD: engine building.

SUBSTANCE: engine pre-heater consists of a boiler, which includes a heat exchanger (1), a burner (2) with a solenoid valve block (3) installed on it, an electric fuel heater chamber (4), a nozzle (5) and an electric spark plug (6) installed in burner (2). There is a pumping unit (7) including liquid, air and fuel pumps (8), (9) and (10) driven by a single electric motor (11). The heater includes a switch (12), a switchboard (13), liquid pipes (14), (15), (16) and (17), with a funnel (18) and two drain taps (19), (20), fuel lines (21), (22), (23), (24) and (25), connected through a tee (26) and a tank (27), on which a valve (28) is installed, with engine power supply system. There is a gas outlet pipe (29) connected through a cavity between the double walls of the oil sump (30) with a gas outlet pipe (31). The heater is additionally equipped with an ambient temperature sensor (43), a thermal sensor (44) of the burner (2), a float valve with a contactor installed in the tank (27), and an electronic control unit (42). The electronic control unit (42) is installed in the switchboard (13) and is electrically connected to the ambient air temperature sensor (43), the coolant temperature sensor (45) of the engine cooling system, the burner temperature sensor (44), the burner solenoid valve (3), and the electric heater (4) fuel, electric spark plug (6), pump motor (11), float valve contactor (28) and the switch (12). An electromagnetic spool valve (46) and a fuel priming electric pump (47) are connected to the line (25) connecting the fuel lines of the starting heater with the engine power supply system, both having an electrical connection to the electronic control unit (42).

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of engine preheating time.
