SUBSTANCE: in method of growing seedlings of fruit crops and grapes, when placing the grafter with shoots in the container, the openings on its vertical walls are combined with the root formation area on the shoots, and water-soluble mineral fertilizers are poured into the trough to carry out the root dressing of the rooted shoots in the root growth phase. The device for growing seedlings of fruit crops and grapes comprises a container having vertical walls, along the perimeter of which openings are located at the same level. On the outer side of the container, a chute with an inclined side wall is attached in the holes base area.
EFFECT: invention allows to rationally use atmospheric precipitation for watering plants, increases the yield and improves the quality of seedlings.
