FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method for feeding broiler chickens includes introducing a high energy additive represented by a product of processing oil-containing waste - a fatty acid concentrate - into the complete mixed feed, and feeding the resulting mixture. The fatty acid concentrate is introduced into the ration of broiler chickens in the amount of 5.3-6.1% of the volume of the complete mixed feed, and the mixture is fed from the first day of life till the poultry slaughter.
EFFECT: increasing the energy value of mixed feeds and reducing the production cost in comparison with the use of vegetable oils, without adversely affecting the health and safety of the poultry, and the possibility to increase the protein content in meat.
