FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: in the claimed method, the test sample is brought into plane thermal contact with the heater on one side, and with the heat receiver on another side. The thermal conductivity of the solid body is determined at a constant heating power, with the consideration of the temperature variation rate, the temperature drop on the sample. The heat losses are taken into account due to the correction factor determined from measurements on reference samples, the dimensions of the test and reference samples are the same.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of determining thermal conductivity of solid bodies.
