SUBSTANCE: device contains a multichannel recorder, a sync signal generation unit, a multi-channel high-speed television camera with an objective and two parallel channels, each consisting of a narrow-angle IR lens, a single-photodiode with an increased area of the photosensitive surface of the spectral range, a signal amplifier, an analog-processing unit and interface converter.
EFFECT: increase in the detection ability in sunlight, taking into account the atmospheric transmission bands and the frequency of recording image fragments.
