SUBSTANCE: video monitoring device to monitor live ammunition destruction includes video camera with its output connected to input of a first information processing unit, storage facility for video information, array of infrared cells, second video information processing unit, multiplexer and synchronization signal generating unit. The first output of said synchronization signal generating unit is connected to synchro inputs of said video camera and the first information processing unit, the second output is connected to synchro input of the second information processing unit, and the third output is connected to synchro input of the multiplexer that has its output connected to the input of the video information storage facility, the first input is connected to the output of the first information processing unit, and the second input connected to the output of the second information processing unit that has its input connected to the output of the infrared cell array.

EFFECT: improvement of live ammunition destruction moment registration accuracy along with keeping the mode of lengthy registration.
