FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for cooking food products while frying on hot coals in grill equipment consists in that a frame with a tray is mounted on the grill equipment surface with further placement of food products on the tray. Around the perimeter of the metal frame with a handle and support surfaces an aluminium perforated tray is installed due to the skirting edge made along the tray skirting. The device for cooking products while frying on coals in grill equipment contains a frame and a tray connected to each other. The metal frame with a handle and support surfaces is made with the possibility of fixedly installing on its perimeter an aluminium tray containing ribs in which perforation is made.
EFFECT: simplifying the device cleaning and care process.
