FIELD: personal use and household items.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of invention relates to household devices for fast, high-quality and safe preparation of food products in different conditions on open air, in cafes, restaurant, outside, mobile catering outlet. Said quality parameters are achieved due to uniform heat treatment and absence of occurrence of polyaromatic hydrocarbons-carcinogens, causing formation of cancer cells in human body. Disclosed designs of vertical grills are semi-open, which enables to visually monitor food preparation process and to be directly involved in said process, since shashlik preparation process is a usually a creative process. Vertical grill (version 1) consists of an all-metal taper housing installed on a flat platform, which is a bottom, in centre of which there is a mesh metal cone-shaped box for loading fuel therein. Bottom has a hole in centre and an air duct, wherein hole of bottom comprises a metal meshed grid. Furthermore, box has shape of a cone, which diverges from its base upwards along perimeter of bottom, between central box and beginning of cone of housing there are holes for inserting skewers therein, and there are also holes of large diameter for draining fat and juice from roasted product. In upper part of cone-shaped housing there is a collar with slots for fixation of skewers therein, design of vertical grill has supports. Furthermore, holes for skewers in bottom and slots for fixation of skewers on collars are made so that at fixation skewers with prepared products are in space between mesh box with combustion products and housing, and are located parallel to line of side surface of box, or at small inclination thereto. Vertical grill (version 2) consists of collapsible metal cone-shaped housing installed on a flat platform, which is a bottom, in centre of which there is a mesh metal box for loading fuel therein. Bottom has a hole in centre and an air duct, wherein hole of bottom comprises a metal meshed grid. Furthermore, box has shape of a cone diverging from its base upwards along perimeter of bottom, between central box and beginning of cone of housing there are holes for inserting skewers, and there are also holes of large diameter for draining fat and juice from roasted product. EFFECT: creation of simple structures and easy to use vertical grills, which provide high quality of preparation of food products, mainly shashlik, kebab on biofuel (mainly on charcoal).
