FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: multifunctional structure includes an area for winter sports and an area for summer sports. The area for winter sports is represented by an ice cover located on the concrete base of the basement-ground floor of the building 1 made in the form of an open ice skating rink without heating and side walls. The ceiling flooring plate of said basement-ground floor is the base of the area for summer sports 2, made in the form of a sand cover for beach sports. The structure is equipped with parallel stiffening frames 3 made in the form of arches that are arranged on reinforced concrete foundations located at the corners of the concrete base of the basement-ground floor, providing a single whole of the reinforced concrete foundations and the concrete base of the basement-ground floor. A translucent collapsible seasonal canopy-roof 4 made in the form of independent "petals" is installed on the arched stiffening frames. The canopy-roof is located on guys with the possibility to move freely over said guys. The stiffening frames overlap completely the entire working space of the multifunctional structure at a mark above the ground level. For summer sports, the area for summer sports can be used in winter as an open ski-track when removing the translucent collapsible seasonal canopy-roof 4. The multifunctional structure is equipped with a multi-purpose race track. It comprises in its composition an infrastructure town from container modules.

EFFECT: possibility of transforming an open semi-planar structure into a covered construction of a capital type and achieving the full effect of an open space in winter and summer and a semi-closed space in the summer-autumn period.
