SUBSTANCE: device for spraying at least one substance, in particular permeant, at least one inner cavity parts, in particular parts of a gas turbine engine, the retaining means comprises part. Furthermore, the device comprises at least one ramp for distribution of the substance, which substance is associated with the power means and means of spraying with the substance. The ramp is adapted to accommodate at least partly in the part when it is in the installed position on the retaining means so as to spray the substance into the internal cavity or each cavity of the inner part. The apparatus also comprises at least one ramp for collecting the sprayed substance, which is adapted to accommodate at least partly in the part when it is in the installed position on the retaining means. Ramp means is connected with the suction substance sprayed into an internal cavity or each cavity of the inner part and the removal means with the exhausted substances. The apparatus comprises means for tilting at least part of the retaining means a substantially horizontal position into an inclined position in which the item is tilted. The substance is sprayed into the inner cavity or each cavity of the inner parts, flowing by gravity in at least one zone from which it is aspirated suction means. In the method of spraying at least one substance, in particular permeant at least one internal cavity parts, in particular parts of a gas turbine engine, the part mounted on the holding means such that rotation of the axle or one of the axes parts of the rotation positioned substantially vertically . Then the item is tilted by means of tilting means and is rotated about the rotational axis. Into the inner cavity or into each internal cavity parts are sprayed substance such as an emulsifier. Pulverized substance is sucked off from the interior of the cavity or each internal cavity.
EFFECT: providing details of processing capability using permeant using an emulsifier and water in a relatively short time, simplification of the processing, increase its efficiency and economy.
