SUBSTANCE: employee testing is performed by asking him groups of questions which characterize the categories of thinking formats of the employee individual thinking profile by the amount of the processed information: "I FORMAT" - the ability to process the smallest amount of information: "IF - system analyst" and "IF analyst"; "WE FORMAT" - the ability to process the average amount of information: "WEF - system analyst" and "WEF - analyst"; "WORLD FORMAT" - the ability to process the largest amount of information: "WORLDF - system analyst" and "WORLDF - analyst". The answers to the asked questions are evaluated. The answers are summarized for each category separately. According to the results, a histogram is plotted. Along the x-axis, starting from zero, columns are sequentially plotted by the sum value of the answers to questions relating to the formats of thinking. Then, for each format of thinking, the testing results of thinking format categories are summarized by mathematical formulas. Then, in the dominant format of thinking, the maximum and minimum absolute columns are determined. The presentation coefficient is calculated by subtracting the minimum absolute value from the maximum absolute value. The range which determines the natural format of the employee's thinking is found by the value of the presentation coefficient.

EFFECT: method allows to increase the accuracy of the evaluation and objectification of human research due to testing and plotting histograms.
