FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: proposed gyroscopic device comprises a flat base, on each side of which the Hook joint hinges are coaxially fixed, on which two identical gyroscopes with opposite directions of rotation of the rotors are mounted on one axis line. The gyroscopic housing has support pads located parallel to the base of the device, and between the support pads and the base are fixed at equal radii and through equal angular gaps at least three mechano-electric converters.

EFFECT: use of the proposed gyroscopic device makes it possible to expand the field of application of the gyroscopic device by means of its constructive implementation, which transforms the precession forces of oppositely rotating gyroscopes into another necessary form of energy, for example, an electric one.
