FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to self-propelled devices adapted to move along inclined and vertical surfaces. Mobile robot with magnetic propulsors comprises body with at least one wheel and drive unit mounted on the body to drive wheels. Wheel comprises external drum with circular periphery wall and internal element of the wheel, including a fragment of magnetic permeable material and magnet, which is in contact with a magnetic permeable material. Wheel inner element comprises outer diameter smaller than inner diameter of outer drum. Wheel inner element has the shape of disc with cutouts. Permanent magnet and a fragment of magnetic permeable material are made in the form of semi-rings with cutouts fitted on drive shaft so that when the magnet at maximum distance from the point of wheel contact with working surface, most part of the magnetic field lines pass not through the working surface but through magnetic permeable material of wheel internal element.
EFFECT: higher mobility of device, possibility of movement along the horizontal, inclined and vertical ferromagnetic surfaces with complex geometry.
