FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: converter has outer frame 8 installed on fixed rests and having rests 7 in which inner frame 5 is installed which is mechanically geared with stator 3 of gyro motor, the winding of which is connected with current conducting unit. In the rests 2 of inner frame 5, gyro motor rotor 4 is installed. On the half-axle 6 of inner frame, inner frame encoder is located which, depending on its position, outputs signal to control device 21 which changes direction of action on outer frame 8 via reciprocation source. Axle 6 of inner frame on which actuator 16 is mounted is converter output.
EFFECT: owing to reciprocation source made with possibility to act on outer frame in direction depending on inner frame position the gyro converter of reciprocation with low amplitude and high force into continuous rotation with high efficiency is obtained.
