FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: kasha contains a dairy product, in which dry whole milk in the amount of 20-27%, flour processed by the extrusion method in the amount of 53.5-63.5, sucrose in the amount of 9-11% are used; as a source of dietary fibers, a fruit additive in the amount of 3-14% is used; as an additional source of vitamins, macro- and microelements, a vitamin-mineral premix with a complex of water- and fat-soluble vitamins in an amount of 0.6% is used. The initial components quantities are expressed in terms of wt %.
EFFECT: creating a kasha with improved nutritional value due to the inclusion of vitamin-mineral premix and natural dietary fibers from fruit, and with good organoleptic indices.
